Lauren Socha Welcomes Third Daughter
The 'Misfits' actress shared the birth of her daughter Roxie-Marie and opened up about the challenges of the newborn stage.
Lauren Socha, known for her roles in "Misfits" and "Catastrophe," revealed that she welcomed her third daughter this summer. The actress gave birth in August and introduced her newborn, Roxie-Marie, via a TikTok video.
Socha, 36, is also mother to daughters Reenie, 10, and Lucia, 2. She stated on social media that Roxie-Marie will be her last child.
In her TikTok update, Socha candidly discussed the difficulties she experiences during the newborn phase, expressing her eagerness to move past it. "I really, really do not like the newborn stage," she stated, referencing her anxiety around the "witching hour" and the need for constant reassurance of her baby's well-being.
"I get quite obsessed with how much milk she has," Socha shared. "So at this time of night, it's horrific for me, anxiety-wise." She also noted the added stress of managing a busy two-year-old alongside the demands of a newborn.
Despite the challenges, Socha expressed gratitude for her family, anticipating the bond between her daughters and praising her eldest for being an "amazing big sister."
