Kendall Jenner Reacts to Sister Kylie's Victoria's Secret Debut

Kendall Jenner has commented on her sister Kylie Jenner's highly publicized debut at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, where the cosmetics billionaire wore the coveted $50 million Fantasy Bra.

Kylie Jenner, 29, surprised viewers when she walked the runway in the iconic gemstone-encrusted undergarment. The Fantasy Bra features a $22 million yellow diamond centerpiece and 4,410 natural diamonds, and wearing it is considered a significant honor for a model. This marked the first time the bra had been featured on the runway since 2018, and Kylie became the first non-Angel to model it.

Kendall Jenner, 30, a seasoned supermodel who last walked the Victoria's Secret runway in 2018, was not present at this year's show. However, she publicly showed support for her sister on Monday by commenting on Kylie's Instagram recap video of the event. "a gorgeous woman!!!" Kendall wrote, dispelling any notions of sibling rivalry.

Kylie shared a clip of her runway moment with her 380 million Instagram followers, captioning it "pinch me!!!!!" alongside a diamond emoji and tagging Victoria's Secret. She was adorned with towering white angel wings, a bejeweled bra, and a slinky miniskirt, completing her look with backless, open-toe perspex heels.

Kylie's appearance in the Fantasy Bra sparked a strong reaction online, with some critics calling for the show's cancellation and deeming the choice uninspired. "This is UNACCEPTABLE," one user posted on X. Another comment read, "Victoria Secret [is] truly out of creativity. Most expensive and yet the most basic. And a Kardashian/Jenner to cheapen it more."

The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show returned to Los Angeles for the first time in 19 years, featuring other notable models such as Gigi and Bella Hadid, Adriana Lima, Elsa Hosk, Barbara Palvin, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, Vittoria Ceretti, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Irina Shayk, and Ashley Graham. Musical performances were provided by Megan Thee Stallion, Megan Moroney, and Tate McRae.

A significant moment of the show was the introduction of Victoria's Secret's newest Angel, Solange Omon. The event marked the third year of the show's return after a six-year hiatus that had put the brand's future in question. The show, which began in 1995, was once a major television event but was canceled in 2019 amid criticism regarding the brand's lack of diversity and past comments from executives.
