Kelly Osbourne made a striking return to the red carpet on Tuesday at the National Television Awards 2026 in London, appearing days after she publicly discussed her recent "scary" weight loss.
Osbourne, 41, wore a bold off-the-shoulder Vivienne Westwood gown in blue and brown tartan to the event held at the O2 Arena. She accessorized with layered necklaces and drop earrings, and her blonde hair was styled in a slicked-back bun. Her makeup featured bright blue eyeshadow that complemented her dress.
She attended the awards show to support the BBC documentary "Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home," which was nominated in the Authored Documentary category. The documentary, which chronicled the three years leading up to Ozzy Osbourne's death in July 2025, ultimately lost to "Our Girls: The Southport Families."
Speaking to Metro on the red carpet, Osbourne said she was grateful for public support during her weight journey, noting, "It’s sad that it had to get to a point to where people had to stand up for me and say something." She added, "It’s hard to grieve anyone. I would never wish that upon anybody. But to have to do it in front of the world, and then get judged for the way that you do it, was even harder."
Osbourne, accompanied by close friend Bradley Riches, also expressed gratitude for the "beautiful people in this world that showed me kindness, love and support" following her father's death. She shared that she has not watched the documentary due to its painful nature but considers the nomination an "honor."
"What I think is so special is to everyone who voted for it, whether we win or not, you’ve been a part of our life story and the journey with our family from day one to now," Osbourne stated. "The fact that we’re even here tonight being nominated is because of you, and we’re so grateful as a family."
She also thanked the BBC for its careful and attentive approach while filming with her father. "It’s a devastating story, but it’s also a really beautiful one," she said.
Osbourne has been candid about the toll her grief has taken. She recently shared with the Daily Mail that she wore a wig to conceal her weight loss at the 2026 Grammy Awards in February, describing herself as feeling like "a broken person" after her father's passing.
However, Osbourne indicated a positive shift, stating last month that she is "getting a lot better" and receiving necessary support for her weight loss struggles. She acknowledged that recovery is a long-term process, describing it as "a lifetime of work I’ve got to do and continue to do for the rest of my life."
Osbourne also confirmed her separation from fiancé Sid Wilson in March.
