Kate Ferdinand has offered a look into her packed half-term schedule in Dubai, sharing details of a 'mad' morning that included dog walks, getting children ready, professional meetings, and a playful jab from her husband, Rio Ferdinand.

The former The Only Way Is Essex (TOWIE) star, who relocated to the UAE with her husband and blended family in 2025, documented her day via an Instagram video. Her morning began with a walk for the family's new dog, Rudy, followed by preparations for their son Cree, five, and daughter Shae, two.

While Rio took the children out, Kate focused on catching up with meetings for her Blended team back in the UK. Amidst her busy diary, she also found time for 'manifestations,' showcasing her vision board in her walk-in wardrobe.

Ferdinand also engaged in Pravilo, a Russian and Slavic training system, before another work commitment and picking up her stepdaughter Tia, 15. The day included a humorous moment when Kate shared a snapshot of her workout in the family group chat, prompting Rio to playfully question, 'Why's my man touching your back?'

Kate has previously spoken about the challenges of managing children in different countries after the family's move to the UAE. Rio's elder sons, Lorenz, 20, and Tate, 18, remained in the UK to pursue their football careers. Tate had openly discussed past feelings of 'loyalty' to his late mother, Rebecca, which initially led him to act out against Kate after she moved into their family home in 2018. He admitted on Kate's 'Blended' podcast that he had felt guilty for liking Kate and that there were times he 'hated' her. The former reality star and Tate have since reflected on their journey, with Tate acknowledging the 'weird feeling' of liking Kate while feeling a sense of obligation to his mother.

Kate also recounted an incident where a Valentine's Day balloon delivery was misinterpreted, leading to rumors that she had locked the children in a room. She explained how this misunderstanding caused her significant turmoil as she faced questions about her actions. Tate corroborated the story, describing his confusion at the time and his tendency to engage in 'mind games' during a period of strong negative feelings towards Kate.

The couple has navigated these complexities, with Kate emphasizing that there is no competition between her and Tate's late mother, stating, 'Your mum's your mum, your mum's always going to be your mum.' She also acknowledged the profound impact of Rebecca's death on the family, noting Rio's struggle to cope and hold the family together in the aftermath.
