Justin Bieber Surprises New Zealand Pub Patrons with Impromptu Piano Performance

Justin Bieber surprised patrons at the Duke of Marlborough Hotel in Russell, New Zealand, by stopping in for drinks and performing an impromptu piano piece. The 32-year-old singer visited the establishment on Thursday afternoon with seven companions.
According to hotel co-owner Anton Haagh, Bieber noticed a red baby grand piano and began playing. While many of the approximately 50 patrons could not see the musician due to the piano's raised lid, Haagh reported that Bieber played instrumental versions of modern music, rather than singing. Only a few diners recognized the celebrity guest, and staff encouraged them to allow Bieber to enjoy his afternoon undisturbed.
Bieber and his group ordered seafood and drinks before departing. The singer later shared a photograph of himself at the piano from his New Zealand trip on Sunday. The unexpected visit was also noted by TikTok creator Joe Daymond, who humorously speculated about the star blending in with locals.
