He also shared close‑up selfies that showed a scruffy beard and a nose piercing. Hailey Bieber, 28, posted a separate tease of their son via her Instagram Story.
The couple has largely shielded their child from public view; Jack — whose first birthday was Aug. 22 — has appeared only in select photos that obscure his face. Hailey marked the milestone last month with professional photos of herself and the child, captioning the post, "1 year of you my beautiful boy. Happy 1st Birthday Jack Blues, you are joy personified." Weeks earlier, Jack made a brief appearance in the visualizer for his father’s song "Yukon."
Bieber’s latest project, SWAG II, contains several songs that touch on his relationship and family life. On "Better Man," the second track on the album, he sings, "When you take my hand / Honey, I promise you just tenderness / Pour me out when you come in / And you turn me to a better man." The singer and his team celebrated the new collection at an album release event in New York City last week. The release follows the surprise July 11 drop of SWAG.
The timing of SWAG II coincided with a major business milestone for Hailey Bieber. Earlier this year, her skincare brand, Rhode, launched at Sephora after e.l.f. Beauty acquired a stake in the company in a deal announced in late May valued at about $1 billion. Hailey said at the time that she had "big dreams for the company" and described the partnership as aligning with her goal to expand the brand globally.
Justin and Hailey Bieber were married at a New York City courthouse on Sept. 13, 2018, and held a traditional ceremony the following year. The couple will mark their seventh wedding anniversary this month. Both have balanced public careers with efforts to limit their young child’s exposure, posting selective images and keeping other details private.
The Instagram post is the latest public glimpse the family has offered since Jack’s birth, and it arrives amid continued activity for both parents: Justin promoting his music and Hailey expanding her beauty business. Representatives for the couple did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
