Jade Thirlwall Thanks Kylie Jenner for Viral Song Moment

Jade Thirlwall has reached out to thank Kylie Jenner after her 2024 solo song, "Angel Of My Dreams," experienced a viral resurgence following its use during the recent Victoria's Secret Show.

Jenner walked the runway wearing the $50 million Fantasy bra and angel wings to the track by the former Little Mix member. The moment quickly gained traction on social media, leading to a significant increase in streams for the song. Spotify reported a 4,300% global surge in streams for "Angel Of My Dreams" and a 760% increase for Thirlwall's music overall.

Thirlwall told Rolling Stone that the song's unexpected popularity has yet to fully register. "I feel like every artist dreams of your song taking off, but the fact that Angel of My Dreams came out two years ago... in my head, it was a worldwide smash," she said. "It got the reviews and the credibility it deserved... and at the time, I was like, OK, well, that's enough for me."

She added that she plans to send a gift to Jenner and the Victoria's Secret team to express her appreciation. Thirlwall has been sharing fan-created TikTok videos celebrating the song's resurgence, humorously referencing the "angel of the north" and her current role promoting a two-year-old single while simultaneously working on new music.

The singer, who rose to fame with Little Mix on The X Factor in 2011, initially broke her silence about the moment while commuting in London, noting the irony that "nobody on this tube knows that my debut single was playing while Kylie Jenner wore the fantasy bra at the VS fashion show."

"Angel Of My Dreams," which peaked at number seven on the UK charts, was released in July 2024. Thirlwall launched her solo career after Little Mix's hiatus in 2022. She later won Best Pop Act at the 2025 BRIT Awards and released her debut album, "That's Showbiz, Baby!" last year.

Jenner's appearance at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show in Culver City, California, also drew criticism, as she was the first non-Angel model to wear the coveted Fantasy Bra. Past wearers of the iconic bra have included Gisele Bündchen, Heidi Klum, Adriana Lima, Alessandra Ambrosio, Tyra Banks, and Candice Swanepoel.
