Irina Shayk Recalls Victoria's Secret Debut While Pregnant

Irina Shayk is reflecting on her inaugural walk in the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, which took place a decade ago when she was secretly pregnant with her first child. Shayk shared her memories backstage before her fourth appearance in the iconic runway event, highlighting the 2016 show as a particularly special moment.

"Carrying [my] daughter down the runway" was her favorite memory from that day, Shayk told Page Six Style. "That was really fun. I felt very proud being Mama."

Shayk, who shares daughter Lea De Seine with ex Bradley Cooper, also joked about her daughter's future modeling aspirations, stating, "We'll talk about it later. That's what I'm gonna tell her!"

At her 2016 debut, Shayk walked in two distinct looks: an ensemble featuring a fringed and beaded bodysuit, and a gray lingerie set paired with a trench coat. Both outfits were styled to subtly conceal her pregnancy.

Since her initial appearance, Shayk has returned to the Victoria's Secret runway in 2024 and 2025, with the current year marking her fourth participation. When asked about her continued involvement, she quipped, "Sexy push-up bras, beautiful fluffy wings, girls, and [having] fun backstage."

Other models scheduled to appear in the upcoming show include established names like Gigi Hadid, Alessandra Ambrosio, Candice Swanepoel, and Adriana Lima, as well as newcomers such as Natalia Bryant. Barbara Palvin is also set to return, having recently welcomed her first child.

The 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is scheduled to stream live and for free on YouTube and the brand's social media channels at 7:30 p.m. ET.
