Hundreds Flock to Jacob Elordi Lookalike Contest in Bristol
University social media group organizes event that draws a large, enthusiastic crowd.
Hundreds of people gathered in Bristol's College Green to participate in and watch a Jacob Elordi lookalike competition. The event was organized by Overheard at UoB, a social media community focused on life at the University of Bristol.
The competition celebrated the Australian actor Elordi, known for his roles in "The Kissing Booth," "Saltburn," and the HBO series "Euphoria." Competitors were seen showcasing their best catwalk struts and attempting Australian accents.
An estimated 500 attendees witnessed the event. Jamie Crook, a veterinary medicine student who recently moved to Bristol, described the experience as "so fun" and noted the large turnout. "I feel like one of the most famous blokes in Bristol for a day, which is an experience," Crook said, acknowledging Elordi's influence on his personal life and thanking his barber for styling his hair after the actor.
