Holly Willoughby's Husband Wants Her in 'Sexier Lingerie'

Holly Willoughby has revealed her husband, Dan Baldwin, has encouraged her to update her lingerie collection, suggesting she opt for items that are not "the colour of a cup of tea."

Willoughby, 45, who shares three children with the ITV producer, shared the anecdote during an appearance on Alex Jones's YouTube show, "Holly Willoughby Together." She humorously noted that some of her bras are "older than my kids" and are now relegated to the back of her drawer because they no longer fit.

"Dan said to me the other day, he went, 'Are we going to get any bras that aren't the colour of a cup of tea? Is there any others that exist?'" Willoughby recalled. "No, there aren't."

She added that these older items are "just memories now, darling. They're memories. They're at the back of the drawer and they're not coming out."

Before her career as a prominent television presenter, Willoughby began her professional life as a lingerie model, participating in a Pretty Polly campaign in 1998. She revisited lingerie modeling in 2018 in preparation for the launch of her lifestyle brand, Truly, though she ultimately stepped back from the brand to focus on her broadcasting commitments.

The presenter's comments come after she shared a rare public display of affection with Baldwin at the National Television Awards. A "Get Ready With Me" video posted on Instagram showed the couple sharing a kiss shortly before the event, with Baldwin arriving as Willoughby was having her hair and makeup done.

Willoughby and Baldwin, who have been married for 19 years and have three children, typically keep their personal life private. This past weekend, Willoughby also celebrated a friend's birthday with fellow celebrities Emma Bunton and Nicole Appleton at Soho Farmhouse. She shared a photo from the celebration on Instagram, captioning it, "Celebrating our girls birthday… we love you @shishib… @nicoleappleton @emmaleebunton."
