Helen Flanagan Embraces 'Season of the Witch' in Sultry Snaps
The former Coronation Street star shared a series of images on Instagram, showcasing a new look and hinting at recent personal updates.
Helen Flanagan marked the approaching Halloween season with a series of striking images posted to Instagram on Friday. The actress, known for her role in Coronation Street, donned leather hotpants and lace tights, posing in a style she described as embracing the "Season of the Witch."
In the photos, Flanagan, 36, is seen leaning against a railing and crouching for the camera. She paired the short leather shorts with a black lace top and pointed black heels, allowing her blonde hair to fall around her shoulders. She captioned the post with the seasonal reference, indicating a festive mood.
These recent photos follow Flanagan's disclosure about undergoing laser treatment to remove a tattoo of a tiger. She had previously gotten the tattoo to cover up the outline of an engagement ring from her ex-partner, Scott Sinclair, following their 13-year relationship which ended in 2022. A less visible appearance of the tattoo in a photograph shared last month suggested the removal process was underway.
Flanagan has also recently spoken about the challenges of single parenthood during school holidays. She shared her experiences juggling her three children—Matilda, 11, Delilah, eight, and five-year-old Charlie—with Scott. In August, she candidly stated on Instagram that Scott had not seen their children for nearly a month, expressing her feelings of being overwhelmed while managing the household and childcare responsibilities, especially after recently moving out of their family home.
During a trip to Chester Zoo with her two youngest children, Flanagan described her house as chaotic due to ongoing unpacking. She also mentioned that her mother and father provided significant support with the children's activities and her work commitments. She expressed a desire for personal time, including going to the gym, attending physiotherapy, tidying her home, and reconnecting with friends, noting how much can be accomplished during the six hours the children are at school. Flanagan also shared that she and her children are neurodivergent, which adds to the challenges of emotional regulation. She recounted a moment of distress when she misplaced her house key before leaving for the zoo, highlighting the importance of self-care and looking forward to potential outings, including Pride events.
