Heidi Klum's elaborate severed hand Halloween costume spared no detail, even incorporating replicas of her own veins, hand tattoo, and jewelry. The supermodel unveiled the gruesome look at her annual Halloween party, where her face was depicted as being embedded within a gaping wound.

Klum, 53, shared with Entertainment Tonight that the costume included detailed recreations of her veins, stating, "Those are all my actual veins." She also had a replica of her hand tattoo and her long-time thumb ring, which she described as her engagement and wedding bands, incorporated into the design. "I've been wearing this thumb ring, I want to say for about 20 years," Klum said. "I never really take it off, I always have it on, it kind of grew on my thumb."

The costume's design allowed for her legs to be hidden within the middle and ring fingers of the hand, with one arm extending into the thumb. A member of her entourage was seen humorously hydrating her through a syringe inserted into the costume's mouth.

Klum also presented a second, equally horrific look after shedding the initial outer layer. This transformation involved gory facial prosthetics and a blonde wig, complemented by large, finger-like leg prosthetics.

The model shared the costume on Instagram with the caption, "TALK TO THE HAND ✋ #HeidiHalloween 2026 HERE WE GO." Her husband, Tom Kaulitz, was unable to attend the event due to his touring schedule. Klum was joined on the red carpet by her children Lou, Johan, and Leni, and an entourage dressed in yellow hazmat suits.

Klum is renowned for her elaborate Halloween transformations, with past costumes including Medusa, E.T., a peacock, an alien, Princess Fiona from Shrek, and famously, a worm in 2022.
