Actress Heather Graham, 56, recently shared a series of photos on Instagram showcasing her physique in a bikini, coinciding with her involvement in the upcoming fourth season of HBO's "The White Lotus." The images were taken during a trip to Italy, where Graham was accompanied by her boyfriend, Italian filmmaker Michele Civetta.
Graham, known for her roles in films like "Boogie Nights," posted the pictures from Tuscany, including one of her in a white bikini by an infinity pool. She captioned the post, "I love Italy!!" and mentioned that her companions included Civetta, Danish actress and singer Nina Bergman, and American TV producer Debra J Fisher. She also shared a separate photo from Cap d'Ail in the South of France, taken a day earlier, where she was lounging on a beach.
Graham stated that she flew to the South of France to work on "The White Lotus" and turned the trip into a vacation with her friends. During her travels, she documented her culinary experiences, noting that she indulged in truffle gnocchi and truffle burrata.
Graham has previously spoken about her dietary choices to maintain her physique, telling Refinery29 that she tries to avoid white flour and sugar, though she occasionally consumes them. She also told Retreat that she avoids alcohol and drugs, gets ample sleep, and finds that eating healthy makes her feel good. Her wellness routine reportedly includes 40 minutes of daily meditation, yoga, and workouts.
Filming for "The White Lotus" season four is currently underway in France. The anthology series, created by Mike White, is known for unfolding its storylines in different exotic locations each season. While the first three seasons were set in Hawaii, Sicily, and Thailand, the fourth season will primarily be set on the French Riviera and partly in Paris, with storylines centered around the Cannes Film Festival.
Season four saw a cast change when Helena Bonham Carter exited the project days into filming. HBO stated that the character created for Carter did not align once on set, leading to the role being rethought and rewritten. Laura Dern has since been enlisted to replace Carter. Dern has a prior working relationship with Mike White, having co-created and starred in the HBO series "Enlightened."
