Heather Graham, 56, showcased her physique in a recent bikini photo shared on Instagram, coinciding with her upcoming appearance in the fourth season of HBO's "The White Lotus." The actress posted a series of images from her travels in Italy, including a shot taken in Tuscany where she is seen wearing a white bikini by an infinity pool. Graham, who has been open about her health and wellness regimen, attributes her youthful appearance to dietary choices and consistent exercise.

Graham is currently in France for the principal photography of "The White Lotus" season four. She captioned one of her Italian posts, "I love Italy!!" and noted she was accompanied by her boyfriend, Italian filmmaker Michele Civetta. The actress also shared that she flew to the South of France to work on the series and turned the trip into a vacation with friends, including Danish actress Nina Bergman and American TV producer Debra J. Fisher.

Regarding her lifestyle, Graham has previously stated her commitment to avoiding white flour and sugar, and she also emphasizes the importance of sleep and healthy eating for her well-being. Her routine includes daily meditation, yoga, and workouts, habits she has maintained for years. "Eating healthy makes me feel good," she remarked in a past interview.

"The White Lotus" season four is set to take place primarily on the French Riviera and in Paris, with a storyline centered around the Cannes Film Festival. This season's cast includes Kumail Nanjiani, Ari Graynor, Chloe Bennet, Max Greenfield, and AJ Michalka, alongside European talent such as Corentin Fila, Laura Smet, and Nadia Tereszkiewicz. Filming locations include the Airelles Château de la Messardière in Saint-Tropez and the Hôtel Martinez.

Notably, Laura Dern has joined the cast for season four, stepping in as an 11th-hour replacement for Helena Bonham Carter. Carter departed the project days into filming due to creative concerns with her role, which was subsequently rewritten. Dern has a prior working relationship with "The White Lotus" creator Mike White, having co-created the HBO series "Enlightened" with him.
