Harry Styles Honors X Factor Past with Iconic Audition Outfit Recreation
The pop superstar delighted fans by donning a costume reminiscent of his early career during a Halloween show at Madison Square Garden.
Harry Styles paid homage to his beginnings on The X Factor by recreating his famous audition outfit to close out his Halloween show at New York's Madison Square Garden. The singer, who launched his career on the ITV show in 2010 before joining One Direction, donned the recognizable costume, complete with a scarf, and even his audition number.
Styles has been performing a 30-show residency at the venue, with the final concert scheduled for Saturday. Footage shared on TikTok captured the enthusiastic reception as Styles took his bows in his unique Halloween attire. Earlier in the evening, he performed as Elvis Presley, dressed in a white sequined suit, cape, and sunglasses.
Among the audience was Styles' fiancée, Zoë Kravitz, who was also in costume. Kravitz was dressed as Lucifer, possibly referencing Elvis Presley's song "The Devil In Disguise." Presley's granddaughter, Riley Keough, was also present, filming Styles' performance on her phone.
Kravitz appeared to enjoy Styles' show, dancing enthusiastically during his performance of "Watermelon Sugar." The couple, who began dating last summer, reportedly got engaged in April and are planning a wedding. Sources have indicated they envision a small ceremony followed by larger celebrations with live music, potentially around Christmas time in the UK or with a second ceremony in New York. Kravitz was previously engaged to actor Channing Tatum and was married to Karl Glusman from 2019 to 2020. Styles has previously dated Taylor Swift, Emily Ratajkowski, Taylor Roth, and Olivia Wilde, with whom he broke up in November 2022.
