Harry Styles has canceled his concert scheduled for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at MorumBIS in São Paulo, Brazil, citing a "health issue" within the tour. Live Nation Brasil announced the cancellation hours before the event, adding that ticket refunds would be provided.

Representatives for Styles confirmed that the subsequent show in Brazil is still scheduled to proceed as planned. This cancellation comes about a month after the artist experienced a health scare during a performance in England.

In June, Styles, 32, appeared to collapse on stage at Wembley Stadium while performing a song. Social media videos showed him falling to the stage floor and remaining there for several seconds, attempting to catch his breath and touching his chest. He eventually got up and signaled to the audience before leaving the stage. Fans expressed concern online, with some questioning why his team did not intervene sooner.

Earlier in July, during a London show, Styles experienced a wardrobe malfunction when his fly was down. Footage captured the singer quickly zipping up his pants as the crowd reacted.

In February, Styles' parents and nephew attended one of his London shows. During that concert, he acknowledged his former One Direction bandmates, thanking Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson, Zayn Malik, and the late Liam Payne for their role in his career, stating, "none of this would be possible. I wouldn’t be here without you."
