Paltrow wore a black two-piece workout ensemble, featuring a sports bra and cropped leggings, accessorized with ankle weights and white trainers.
In the video, Paltrow discussed her motivations for working out. "What do I think about when I workout? I think about not falling over, how far through every one of these excruciating moves I am," she joked. "And then I really don't think at all, which is kind of the point." She added that the hour is dedicated to her body, allowing her brain to disengage from obligations. "It's just time to be in my body and let the magic of it do its thing," she stated serenely.

This appearance follows her TikTok debut the previous week, which included a topless post. Paltrow has frequently showcased her fitness in recent times. Earlier in the week, she posted a photo on her Instagram Story lounging by a pool in a bikini with her son, Moses Martin.
Paltrow's 20-year-old son, Moses Martin, has also been in the public eye recently. He made his relationship with Campbell Fealy, a first-year student at Brown University, public on Instagram. Fealy is the daughter of prominent New York sports medicine surgeon Dr. Stephen Fealy. Martin, who is a second-year student at Brown, recently debuted as the face of a Burberry campaign and released his first EP with his band People I've Met.
