Gisele Bündchen recently shared a rare photograph of her 18-month-old son joining her for a workout session aboard a yacht. The image, posted to Instagram on Friday, shows the toddler mirroring Bündchen's pose with small dumbbells and a lifted leg.
"It’s so sweet to see how little they are when they start watching and emulating what we do," Bündchen, 46, captioned the photo. "They’re learning from us even when we don’t realize it." She added that such moments serve as a reminder that her actions hold more weight than her words, as her children's development is shaped by the daily examples they witness. Bündchen described motherhood as a "gift" and a "beautiful responsibility."
Bündchen and her husband, Joaquim Valente, welcomed their son in February 2025. The couple began dating in June 2023 and were married in November 2025. Bündchen was previously married to Tom Brady for 13 years, and they share two older children, Benjamin, 16, and Vivian, 13.
Earlier in June, Bündchen posted a broader look at her family vacation, including a photo of herself swimming with her young son, and her older children hugging. The post also featured images of Valente holding their son on a boat and dancing with him. Bündchen also honored Valente with a Father's Day tribute that month, sharing photos of him and their son in matching jiu-jitsu attire. At the time, she praised Valente as an "incredible role model" for "leading by example."
