Gigi Hadid was observed wearing a gold band on her ring finger on Sunday as she prepared backstage for the 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show. The appearance of the ring has intensified speculation that she may have secretly married Bradley Cooper.
Hadid, 31, smiled while receiving makeup services and engaging with interviewers, her attire including a black halter neck top and blue jeans. Her long blonde hair cascaded over her shoulders.
Among those also preparing for the show at Sony Pictures Studio in Culver City, California, were Bradley Cooper's ex-partner Irina Shayk, 40, with whom he shares daughter Lea, nine. Also present were Alessandra Ambrosio, 45, and Adriana Lima, 45, both pictured in their iconic pink striped Victoria's Secret robes.
The 2026 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show marks the event's return to Los Angeles after a 19-year absence. The brand has confirmed the participation of several established Angels, including Hadid, Lima, Amelia Gray, Grace Elizabeth, Ashley Graham, Joan Smalls, Abby Champion, Alex Consani, and Paloma Elsesser. Musical performances are scheduled from Megan Thee Stallion, Katseye, Megan Moroney, and Tate McRae.
A significant moment will be the debut of Victoria's Secret's newest Angel, discovered through the YouTube series "Angels Among Us."
However, the event has also been marked by controversy, with reports of several prominent models being excluded from the lineup. Romee Strijd, 31, shared on TikTok that she attended a casting call in September but was later informed she was not a good fit for the show this year, describing the process as "mentally exhausting."
Frida Aasen, 31, commented on Strijd's video, stating she also attended the casting and received a rejection. Social media users have expressed disappointment and vowed to boycott the show in response to these exclusions.
The Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, first held in 1995, was a highly anticipated annual event that was broadcast live on television by 2001. Following criticism regarding a lack of diversity in body types and comments made by then-chief marketing officer Ed Razek, the show was canceled in 2019 after more than two decades.
The show returned in 2024 with a more diverse cast, including plus-size and transgender models, but received a muted feedback. In 2025, the brand's new CEO announced a pivot back to its "unapologetically sexy" branding, aiming to revive sales after a challenging period and a lukewarm reception to its previous inclusivity efforts.
