Farmer Wants a Wife Stars Todd Melbourne and Daisy Lamb Announce Breakup

Reality television couple Todd Melbourne and Daisy Lamb, known for their appearance on "Farmer Wants a Wife," have announced the end of their relationship. The pair confirmed their separation in a joint statement posted to Instagram on Sunday evening, stating it was a mutual decision and that there is "no bitterness or bad blood between us."

"Sometimes two people can care deeply for one another and still recognise that the best thing they can do is let each other go," the statement read. "The reality is, when certain values and the level of respect you need within a relationship no longer align, you can try as hard as you want to make things work – but sometimes, it simply isn't enough."

Melbourne and Lamb, who were fan favorites on season 14 of the show, explained they had given their relationship their all. "At the end of the day, neither of us wanted to keep forcing something to work to the point where we ruined the friendship, care and respect we still have for one another," they wrote. "Sometimes knowing when to walk away is just as important as knowing when to keep fighting. So, we're parting ways knowing we genuinely gave it everything."

The post included a pensive AI-generated image depicting the couple sitting in a field, arms linked, and looking into the distance while wearing Akubras. The accompanying text urged fans to be kind during this difficult time.

Lamb's Instagram post concluded with a plea for privacy and respect. "This is a delicate and difficult time for everyone involved, so we kindly ask that our privacy is respected as we navigate this change," she wrote. "There are always parts of a relationship that remain private, and out of respect for one another, we intend to keep them that way. We’re both grateful for the love and support we’ve received and hope everyone can respect our decision and allow us the space to move forward in our own way. Please be kind - there are real people and feelings behind what you see online."

The announcement was met with numerous red love heart emojis and supportive comments from fans.
