Former Playboy Playmate Karissa Shannon has corroborated a recent claim by Crystal Harris, Hugh Hefner's widow, stating that Hefner attempted to compel Shannon and her twin sister, Kristina, to engage in sexual acts with each other.

"He would try and force me and my sister to have sex with each other," Karissa, 37, told Page Six on Wednesday. She and her sister resided at the Playboy Mansion between the ages of 18 and 20.

Karissa expressed surprise at the reaction to Harris' allegations of Hefner's pursuit of incestuous acts between the twins, noting she "figured people would already have assumed that." She described Hefner's insistence on sexual encounters between the sisters, particularly around their 19th birthday in October 2008, as feeling like sexual "assault" and "rape."

According to Karissa, she and Kristina pretended to perform sexual acts to satisfy Hefner. "Me and my sister never actually did it together," Karissa stated. "We faked it. We faked it every time. And it was horrible. Like, we faked it completely."

Crystal Harris was reportedly aware that the twins were faking the encounters, while Hefner, who died in 2017 at age 91, "had no idea" and believed the acts were genuine, Karissa claimed. She added that Hefner found the simulated incestuous behavior pleasing, remarking it was "beautiful."

Hefner allegedly told the twins that if they "really loved each other, [they] would do it together," prompting Karissa and Kristina to agree to fake the acts. Karissa also mentioned not knowing if other Playmates residing in the mansion were having actual sexual relations with Hefner or others.

Crystal Harris had previously told Lisa Guerrero Unleashed that Hefner tried "to get [the Shannon twins] to engage with each other sexually," calling the behavior "incest and that is disgusting." Harris expressed relief that the twins eventually left the Playboy Mansion, stating, "I didn’t want them to have to do something like that with each other."
