Ellie Goulding Displays Toned Physique Six Months After Welcoming Second Child

Singer Ellie Goulding, 39, recently showcased her toned physique in a social media post, just six months after the birth of her second child.

Goulding posted a selfie on her Instagram Stories wearing a black crop top and underwear, drawing attention to her post-baby body. She welcomed a daughter, Iris Edaline, on March 6 at London's Lindo Wing with her partner, actor Beau Minniear, 29. The birth announcement was later published in The Times.

This is Goulding's second child; she also has a five-year-old son, Arthur, from her previous marriage to art dealer Caspar Jopling. Goulding and Minniear were first romantically linked in July of the previous year and made their relationship public in September 2025.

Last month, Goulding shared a series of images on Instagram, one of which featured her in a white minidress, offering a glimpse of her underwear. These photos were taken by Minniear to celebrate the release of her sixth studio album, "I Know Too Much."

The album, released in September, marks her return to music and includes ten tracks. One song, "Black Prada Dress," was performed live at Radio 1's Big Weekend 2026. Goulding has described the album as a "divorce album," addressing her split from Jopling.

She stated that some songs acknowledge her past marriage respectfully, while others were "reactionary and sad." Goulding described "It is what it is. I know too much" as "tongue in cheek" yet a commentary on her life and music. She also noted her consistent theme of writing about love and heartbreak.

Goulding and Jopling finalized their divorce in January 2025 and maintain a positive relationship for co-parenting their son. Jopling has since been seen with actress Olivia Wilde, 42, with the couple reportedly spending Valentine's Day weekend together in Mexico City in February.
