Elizabeth Olsen has reportedly given birth to her first child with husband Robbie Arnett. The couple was seen walking in Los Angeles with a baby carrier.

Olsen, 37, was photographed on Saturday with a baby strapped to her chest. She wore a wide-brimmed hat, and a second piece of headwear was used to shade the infant from the sun.

Reports of Olsen's pregnancy emerged in June. Last weekend, she was seen out in Southern California without an obvious baby bump, suggesting the birth had already occurred.

In a 2021 interview with SiriusXM, Olsen discussed her thoughts on starting a family, saying, "At what point do I get pregnant? At what point do I have my first baby? Is that five years from now? Because then I only have this kind of a window." She also mentioned speaking with Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige about when to consider conceiving, to which he responded, "You live your life and we'll work around you."

Olsen and Arnett met in Mexico in 2017 and were married before the COVID-19 pandemic. Reports of their engagement surfaced in July 2019, and Olsen referred to Arnett as her husband in a 2021 interview with Variety.

Regarding children entering show business, Olsen has expressed reservations, citing the potential complexities for young actors in today's world and social media. She noted that her twin sisters, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, began their careers at a very young age.

"Being younger today is already so complicated. To amplify it by being a child actor and then amplify it by social media, I just think it's a lot for a kid's development," Olsen told The Times. "I think my sisters are on a totally different path than your average child actor."
