Dove Cameron Weds Damiano David in Italian Ceremony

Dove Cameron and Damiano David have tied the knot in Italy. The couple celebrated their nuptials in Val d'Orcia, Tuscany, on Saturday, following a civil ceremony in Rome. Cameron, 30, wore a shimmering off-the-shoulder minidress embellished with sequins and beads, paired with lace-up boots, for the Tuscan ceremony. David, 27, sported a black suit and bow tie.

The newlyweds shared a kiss on the steps of the town hall in Rome after their legal ceremony, showered with confetti by friends and family. For this occasion, Cameron wore a custom white suit by Giorgio Armani.

Photos from the Tuscan celebration showed the couple on the dancefloor with Martini cocktails, surrounded by over 200 guests. Cameron, who rose to fame on the Disney Channel show "Liv and Maddie" and the "Descendants" film trilogy, has recently taken on more adult roles.

Cameron and David were first romantically linked in September 2023, making their red carpet debut as a couple in early 2024. They have since attended public events together, including the 2024 Met Gala.

Cameron previously spoke about David's proposal on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," revealing that he designed her engagement ring himself. She recalled him wanting to propose in their home, emphasizing a desire for a shared domestic life over grand romantic gestures. "I want dishes, I want laundry, I want baking foods together," David reportedly said during the proposal. "I want you in your big T-shirt. And this is the life that I choose and I hope you choose the same. Will you marry me?"

Cameron shared the engagement news in January, posting photos of the couple and a close-up of the ring on Instagram. Describing her relationship with the Italian singer, she told Cosmopolitan that David is a "1950s gentleman, angel, teddy bear" and "the best person I've met in my life."
