Doobie Brothers Announce 2027 Las Vegas Residency

The Doobie Brothers have announced a nine-concert residency at the Fontainebleau Las Vegas, scheduled for February, March, August, and September of 2027. The shows mark the band's return to a Las Vegas residency following a previous engagement in May 2022.

Michael McDonald, Pat Simmons, and Tom Johnston, along with the rest of the band, will play at the 3,800-seat venue. Their 2022 residency often featured a setlist of around 23 songs, including hits like "Listen to the Music," "Long Train Runnin'," "It Keeps You Runnin'," "Black Water," and "Takin’ It to the Streets."

Recently, The Doobie Brothers concluded their Oneness Tour, which featured performances with Santana. A review of a July 2026 show noted the band's energetic performance and the vocal talents of Michael McDonald, alongside founding members Simmons and Johnston.

Tickets for the 2027 residency will go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 30, at 10 a.m. local time via Ticketmaster. Secondary market sites are also offering tickets.

In addition to their Las Vegas dates, The Doobie Brothers have a concert scheduled for January 11, 2027, at Ruth Eckerd Hall in Clearwater, Florida.

The band released their 16th studio album, "Walk This Road," on June 6, 2025. The album features collaborations with artists such as Mavis Staples, Mick Fleetwood, Jake Shimabukuro, and Henry Kapono, exploring various musical styles from rock and bluegrass to country and blues-influenced tracks.

Many classic rock acts continue to tour and perform, with other notable artists such as Aerosmith, Jackson Browne, Art Garfunkel, Bachman-Turner Overdrive, and Sting also active in 2026. The Eagles are also scheduled for a residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas from November 2026 through January 2027.
