A Disney on Ice skater sustained a significant fall during a performance, hitting her head and body on the ice in front of a crowd of children. The incident occurred when a performer portraying Prince Eric spun a skater dressed as Princess Ariel. During the spin, he appeared to lose control, dropping Ariel, who then fell onto the ice.
Video footage shared on TikTok showed the skater, dressed as Ariel from Disney's The Little Mermaid, lying on the ice and holding her head. The performer playing Prince Eric immediately went to her side. After a brief pause, the skater sat up and, with assistance from her partner, stood and skated off the ice, waving to the audience.
The clip of the fall was uploaded by TikTok user PlanoPlaysGames and quickly gained traction, with many viewers expressing their shock and concern in the comments.
This event echoes a previous incident in 2024 where Disney on Ice performer Anastasia Olson, 31, was hospitalized in serious condition after a fall. Olson, portraying Belle, was reportedly dropped by a fellow cast member during a lift. Audience members described the lift as shaky and noted that medics were quickly on the scene.
Following her 2024 fall, Olson expressed gratitude for the support she received, stating on Instagram that she felt overwhelmed by prayers and well wishes. She appeared to make a full recovery and returned to performing in October 2025.
