Actress Denise Richards, 55, appeared at the 2026 Daytime Beauty Awards in Los Angeles alongside her plastic surgeon, Dr. Ben Talei, to display the results of a recent $200,000 cosmetic surgery.
Richards underwent a deep-plane facelift, a procedure performed by Beverly Hills-based surgeon Dr. Talei. The actress also received a brow lift, an upper eyelift, a lip lift, and fat grafting from her thighs into her neck and face. "It was the best thing I did for myself," Richards stated, describing Dr. Talei's work as "impeccable."
Previously, Richards had only used Botox and fillers for anti-aging. She explained her decision to pursue more extensive surgery by comparing it to remodeling a house: doing one room might look good, but it wouldn't match the rest of the house. "Originally I had been thinking about doing just my neck," she shared on the Dumb Blonde podcast, "And then a friend of mine, she's very well-known, and she's not public about hers, and she said to me, 'You have to do the whole thing'."
Richards was accompanied by Dr. Talei on stage at the awards ceremony.
The actress also noted that her daughter, Sami Sheen, underwent a "scarless" nose job in 2024 with celebrity surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar. Sheen's procedure was documented on Bravo's "Denise Richards & Her Wild Things." According to Dr. Dugar, celebrity rhinoplasty often utilizes a closed, scarless approach to maintain discretion and achieve natural-looking results, avoiding the more obvious "Barbie nose" aesthetic.
Richards also has a presence on OnlyFans, where she reportedly earns six figures monthly, and currently stars on "The Bold and the Beautiful."
