Danny Walters Engaged

EastEnders actor Danny Walters, 33, has announced his engagement to his girlfriend of five years, Maddi Faircloth.

Walters shared the news on Instagram, posting a photo of himself proposing to Faircloth during a candle-lit dinner on a beach in Rhodes. "Guess you’re stuck with me now," he captioned the image.

The couple began dating in 2021, making their relationship public a year later. They welcomed their first child, daughter Autumn, in March 2025.

Faircloth previously appeared on the Channel 4 series Shipmates in 2019, a reality show described as "Love Island on a ship." She is also a data analyst and artist.

Walters played the character Keanu Taylor on the BBC soap opera EastEnders. He first left the show in 2020, with his character emigrating to Spain. He made a return in December 2022, and his character was ultimately killed off in the "Sixmas" storyline, stabbed by Linda Carter.

Walters's previous long-term relationship with Lily Smith ended in 2019 after five years together.
