Courteney Cox showcased her fit physique in a black bikini during a recent trip to Hawaii. The 62-year-old actress was photographed on the beach while celebrating her friend Jennifer Meyer's wedding.
Cox paired the bikini with layered gold necklaces and earrings, and wore her hair in a ponytail. She was seen wading in the ocean before drying off with a towel. The actress has previously shared insights into her fitness routine, telling Marie Claire in September 2022 that she incorporates vitamins, a daily juice blend, tennis twice a week, and Pilates once a week. She also noted the increasing importance of weight training as she gets older.
In July 2024, Cox shared an Instagram video highlighting her workout, which included treadmill running, pull-ups, squats, and crunches.
Earlier this year, Cox was also seen enjoying a vacation on a yacht off the coast of Mallorca, Spain, with longtime friend Jennifer Aniston and other actors including Judd Apatow, Leslie Mann, and Pedro Pascal. The group was photographed swimming and engaging in water sports.
