Celebrity Traitors Viewers Slam "Worst Faithfuls Ever" After Trust Vote Blunder

Viewers of Celebrity Traitors have voiced strong criticism, labeling the current group of Faithfuls as "the worst of all time" following a pivotal mission that saw them identify the show's Traitors as the most trustworthy.

In a recent episode, the contestants were tasked with a "field of screams" challenge involving scarecrows, pitchforks, and bags of gold. In pairs, celebrities collected gold to be hung on pitchforks, with three bags on a single pitchfork leading to a scarecrow's demise and eliminating that contestant from a special power opportunity. The group ultimately voted to award Maya Jama, James Acaster, and King Kenny, who are secretly Traitors, as the most trustworthy contestants.

This decision has led to widespread disbelief among the show's audience, with many taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter) to express their frustration. Comments included "As if they've picked the three actual Traitors to have the possibility of winning the special power. The worse set of Faithfuls of all time" and "No way the three they chose were the three Traitors."

Another viewer remarked, "Wow the Faithfuls are so bad at this game," while a different post stated, "All three of the Celebrity Traitors were the most trusted of the group. Yeah it's definitely a Traitor win this year!"

Fans also shared sentiments such as "By the end of this series, there won't be any Faithfuls left" and "These Faithfuls haven't got a clue. The three they named the most trustworthy are the three Traitors?!"

In the same episode, the Traitors murdered Miranda Hart after perceiving her as getting too close to discovering their identities. A devastated Hart reflected on her experience, stating, "Ultimately, in my little personal story, this has been quite extraordinary that I have been able to get back and do the thing that I love professionally and do the things that I love personally, like wandering around the Scottish Highlands and being in nature and laughing and connecting. There were times that I didn't think that would be possible again."

The episode concluded on a cliffhanger, with the remaining Faithfuls divided between Sharon Rooney and another contestant, leaving King Kenny's double vote, earned through the mission, to decide who would be banished next.
