Rapper Cardi B captured attention at Roberto Cavalli's Milan Fashion Week show on Thursday, arriving in a striking leopard print corset dress.

The 33-year-old artist showcased significant cleavage in the daring, faux fur-trimmed outfit, which she paired with matching heels. She was seated in the front row for the event.

Cardi B's appearance comes shortly after she achieved a significant milestone, becoming the first female rapper with four diamond-certified songs. Her hits "WAP" (featuring Megan Thee Stallion), "Bodak Yellow" (2017), "I Like It" (2018), and "Girls Like You" (2018) have all surpassed ten million units sold in the United States. A diamond-certified song signifies at least ten million equivalent units in sales and streams.

This disclosure followed an on-stage appearance that generated discussion about her posterior. The rapper, whose real name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, stated that she has not had surgeries since January 2024, when she began reducing her injections. She explained that a full reversal was not possible due to concerns about loose skin, which could lead to a drooping effect if liposuction were used. Cardi B expressed satisfaction with her current body appearance, emphasizing her comfort with her skin.

She further clarified that she underwent two liposuction procedures and one buttock reduction, opting for these changes because she felt the previous size did not suit her petite frame.
