Beyoncé Returns to i-D Magazine Cover After Two Decades
The music icon graces the publication for a special Cécred edition, styled in fur, diamonds, and heels.
Beyoncé is featured on the cover of i-D Magazine for the first time in 20 years, appearing in a special Cécred edition for October 2026. The cover image shows the singer styled in a fur stole, stiletto heels, and diamond jewelry, with her hair styled using products from her own haircare line, Cécred.
The issue celebrates the expansion of Cécred into the UK market. Photographer Blair Caldwell captured the cover image, with styling by Shiona Turini. Beyoncé is seen with damp curls framing her face and uses her Cécred product packaging as a prop, stepping on a cap with her heels.
Her accessories include significant diamond pieces from Tiffany & Co.'s Blue Book 2024 collection. One prominent piece is inspired by Jean Schlumberger’s Apollo brooch, featuring over 19 carats of yellow diamonds and more than 89 carats of white diamonds. She also wears a coordinating bracelet, stacked rings, and a nameplate necklace spelling out "Cécred."
One ring from the same collection showcases a rare pear-shaped fancy brown-pink diamond weighing over 10 carats, surrounded by a halo of white diamonds.
The magazine has indicated that a full eight-page spread and an interview will be included in the print edition, which is available for purchase online and begins shipping on November 10. Beyoncé shared a quote about her brand, stating, "I had a vision to build something that solved real problems and performed so incredibly that the people who can’t stand my music still use Cécred, haaaa! … because it works."
This marks Beyoncé's return to the i-D cover after her August 2006 appearance, where she was photographed in a Prada dress.
