Apple TV+ to Release 'Slow Horses' Season 6 Finale Early

The season finale of Apple TV+'s spy thriller "Slow Horses," titled "Judgment Day," will be released on Tuesday, October 20, at 9:00 p.m. ET, the night before its originally scheduled premiere.

Season 6 of "Slow Horses" consists of six episodes, with the finale marking the end of the current chapter for the show. The previous episode featured significant plot developments, including a character death, a romantic moment, and heightened stakes.

The official synopsis for the finale states: “The safe house becomes unsafe as Lamb (Sir Gary Oldman) and Taverner (Kristin Scott Thomas) finally join forces.” Viewers can anticipate answers regarding Sid's escape, River's romantic gesture, and the pursuit by Harkness and Jane.

Apple TV+ has already granted "Slow Horses" renewals for Seasons 7 and 8. Season 7 is expected to adapt "Bad Actors," the eighth novel in Mick Herron's Slough House series. The synopsis for "Bad Actors" indicates a plot involving a governmental think-tank, the potential overreach of Diana Taverner, the presence of Moscow's First Desk in London, and Jackson Lamb's knowledge of the unfolding events. The Slough House team, including Shirley Dander, Roddy Ho, and new recruit Ashley Khan, are expected to contribute to the escalating chaos.

"Slow Horses" is available for streaming on Apple TV+, which offers a seven-day free trial for new subscribers. The service has a single ad-free streaming plan at $14.99 per month, with an option to bundle with Peacock starting at $14.99 per month.
