Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch Embrace Half-Term Getaway with PDA-Filled Snap
The couple shared a loved-up moment on the beach while embarking on a 'dry half-term' challenge.
Abbey Clancy and her husband Peter Crouch marked their half-term break with a public display of affection during a getaway abroad. The model, 40, posted an Instagram snapshot of herself kissing the former footballer on a beach.
Clancy and Crouch, who share four children, had announced their intention to abstain from alcohol for the duration of the half-term holiday, even setting up a bet to see who could maintain sobriety the longest. "We're doing a dry half term as well so we'll see how long that lasts," Clancy said on their podcast, The Therapy Crouch, with Crouch responding, "Good luck with that, but we'll try."
Clancy elaborated on the decision, noting the benefits of a healthier lifestyle, especially as they age. "It's just good for your body. Like, we're getting older now. We need to," she stated. Crouch agreed, adding that abstaining would be beneficial for their children as well, eliminating even minor after-effects from evening drinks.
During the COVID-19 lockdowns, Clancy had previously admitted to consuming excessive alcohol, feeling as though she had "aged about ten years." The couple also recently participated in a wine-tasting for their podcast, confessing to being heavily intoxicated by the end of the session.
The couple's half-term activities come ahead of the release of a new documentary series, "The Crouches," set to premiere on Prime Video in 2027. The show will document their lives, including a major home renovation project and the family navigating significant life events. Clancy described the series as a "warts and all" look at their lives, promising it will rival "The Kardashians" in its candid portrayal of their experiences.
