Iestyn Morgan, a 21-year-old free diver from Pembrokeshire, is advocating for greater ocean conservation, highlighting the profound mental health benefits he experiences during extended dives.

Morgan described his dives as "otherworldly" experiences, where he can spend up to four to five hours submerged. He believes these dives offer significant benefits for his mental well-being. However, he expressed concern about the current state of Welsh waters, which he feels are under considerable pressure.

"If I can keep showing people what's out there I'll be very happy to do that," Morgan stated, emphasizing his desire to educate the public about the marine environment. He aims to "give back" to the sea that provides him with so much joy and to encourage more conservation efforts.
