Victoria Beckham Invests Millions in Daughter Harper's Upcoming Skincare Line
H7B Ltd, established for 13-year-old Harper, has already incurred significant development costs with sales not expected for at least a year.
Victoria Beckham has invested approximately $3 million (£2,265,348) into launching her daughter Harper's new skincare brand, H7B Ltd. The venture, still in its development phase, is not anticipated to make its first sale for at least another year.
The company, named using Harper's initials and her middle name Seven, was established in October 2024 when Harper was 13 years old. The brand, to be called Harlo, is slated for a launch in the latter half of next year, likely after Harper completes her GCSE examinations in May and June. She will turn 16 in July.
Sources indicate that Harlo will operate as an entirely separate entity from Victoria Beckham's existing beauty firm, Victoria Beckham Beauty, signifying a substantial investment based on Harper's potential market appeal. As of the latest filings covering October 2024 to December 2025, H7B Ltd owes creditors a total of $3,387,000, with these amounts due within the year. The company's activities are listed as 'brand creation,' and accounts show over $2.8 million owed by group undertakings, suggesting a significant internal loan.
Unconventionally, the financial figures are presented in U.S. dollars. Lawyers representing Victoria Beckham have initiated trademark applications for the name 'Harlo' in the United States. A spokesperson for Mrs. Beckham declined to comment on the matter.
The initial indication of Harper's involvement in the business world emerged in October 2024 during Victoria Beckham's perfume launch in New York. When asked about her future aspirations on a note related to the perfume, Harper, then 13, expressed a desire to "create an amazing brand when I am older." Victoria Beckham shared this sentiment on Instagram, where she has over 30 million followers. This was also the month H7B Ltd was registered.
Attempts to trademark the name Haiku by Harper were unsuccessful, leading to the adoption of Harlo. It is understood that Harper is working with her mother's team of experts to develop a product line that may include a cleanser, toner, light moisturizer, and lip balms, specifically targeted at teenagers.
Earlier this year, Harper accompanied her mother on a business trip to New York, attending events related to Victoria Beckham's collaboration with Gap and a perfume launch. Victoria Beckham has previously stated on a podcast that the idea for the brand stemmed from Harper's personal experience with skincare issues.
'She came to me two or three years ago and she was really struggling with her skin,' Victoria Beckham explained. 'She used to have beautiful skin, but like all young girls she was enticed by beauty brands and she was putting a lot of product on her face that was not suitable for her skin and consequently ended up going to see a dermatologist because her skin was really, really bad.'
Harper reportedly expressed, 'I want to create a brand because I know what I want and I don't want other people to have to go through what I have been through.' There are reported ambitions for Harper's brand to compete with Hailey Bieber's Rhode Beauty.
Victoria Beckham Holdings, encompassing both fashion and beauty businesses, reported an operating profit of £7.3 million for the year ending December 2025, a notable increase from a £1.5 million loss the previous year. The fashion segment alone generated an operating profit of £1.5 million, though after tax, it resulted in a loss of £1.7 million. This segment also received a new loan of £1.5 million, and its cost of sales increased to £17.5 million, with outstanding creditor amounts totaling £59 million.
When combined with the makeup and beauty brands, Victoria Beckham Holdings achieved an operating profit of £7.3 million and a post-tax profit of £2.4 million. This financial performance contrasts with a past public statement by the Beckhams' eldest son, Brooklyn, who alleged parental exploitation and prioritization of the Beckham brand over family matters.
