Victoria Beckham Invests Millions in Daughter Harper's Future Skincare Brand
The burgeoning skincare line, Harlo, is slated for launch next year, with significant development costs already incurred.
Victoria Beckham has invested over $3 million (£2,265,348) into her daughter Harper's upcoming skincare brand, H7B Ltd. The venture, named Harlo, is still approximately one year away from its market launch, with current expenditures focused on development.
The company H7B Ltd was established in October 2024, coinciding with Harper Beckham's 13th birthday. It is structured as an independent entity, separate from Victoria Beckham Beauty, signaling a significant investment in Harper's entrepreneurial potential. The brand's products, reportedly including a cleanser, toner, moisturizer, and lip balms, are intended for teenagers.
According to the company's initial accounts, covering October 2024 to December 2025, H7B Ltd owes creditors $3,387,000, with this amount due within a year. The accounts list 'brand creation' as the primary activity and indicate that over $2.8 million has been borrowed from group undertakings.
The plan is to launch Harlo in the latter half of next year, likely after Harper completes her GCSE exams in May and June 2027. She will celebrate her 16th birthday in July 2027.
Victoria Beckham has reportedly sought to trademark the 'Harlo' name in the United States. The inspiration for the brand reportedly stems from Harper's personal experience with acne, which she developed after using unsuitable beauty products. She expressed a desire to create a brand that offers a better solution for young people.
Victoria Beckham Holdings, the parent company encompassing both fashion and beauty businesses, reported an operating profit of £7.3 million for the year ending December 2025, a significant improvement from a £1.5 million loss the previous year. However, the fashion division, despite booming sales, incurred high costs, resulting in an after-tax loss of £1.7 million and owing £59 million to creditors. The make-up and beauty brands contributed to the overall profitability, leading to an after-tax profit of £2.4 million for Victoria Beckham Holdings.
