Social media personality Tammy Hembrow has placed her luxury Gold Coast mansion on the market, implementing a strict policy that prohibits public open homes.
Prospective buyers must undergo a vetting process before being granted access to the sprawling Broadbeach Waters estate, with viewings conducted by private appointment only. Hembrow purchased the double-storey residence for $2.88 million in 2020. The property, which has featured regularly in her social media content, sits on a 979sqm block with 30.6 meters of Nerang River frontage and panoramic skyline views. It is secured by gates for privacy.
Mentioned as a 'Timeless Main River Haven,' the home features a riverside terrace with a pool, firepit, and private boat ramp, described by agents as an ideal entertainer's retreat. The interior includes a designer dressing room with a dedicated shoe showroom.
The listing comes as Australia's housing market shows signs of cooling, though Broadbeach Waters has remained a strong performer, with local house values increasing by 10.6 percent in the past year. The median price for properties in the area is $2.6 million.
Hembrow, 32, previously shared the home with her former fiancé Matt Poole, the father of her youngest daughter. She also had a recent relationship with Love Island star Matt Zukowski, and previously explored rekindling a relationship with ex-partner Reece Hawkins, the father of her older children.
This sale follows the closure of her eight-year activewear label, Saski, in December. There are also reports that her women's sports nutrition brand, Selfish Supps, launched in April 2025 with her sisters, may also be closing. The brand's Instagram account has not posted since April 11, and recent uploads have received minimal engagement, including a customer complaint about an unfulfilled order.
Hembrow is reportedly now in a relationship with 23-year-old model Grayson Te Moana. Expressions of interest for the Broadbeach Waters property are due to close on August 10.
