Son of Trump Business Partner Buys London Mansion for $240 Million

Abbas Sajwani, the son of Emirati businessman Hussain Sajwani, a longtime business partner of former President Donald Trump, is reportedly in the process of purchasing a significant London property for £190 million (approximately $240 million USD).

The property, known as The Holme, is located in Regent's Park and sits on four private acres. The Georgian-Regency villa features 40 bedrooms and spans 29,000 square feet. The mansion was originally built in 1818. SOURCE1

Hussain Sajwani, whose net worth is estimated at $15.3 billion, has maintained a business relationship with Donald Trump, including the development of the first Trump-branded golf course in the Middle East. Trump has referred to Sajwani as a "great investor." SOURCE1

The deal for The Holme is being handled by Abbas Sajwani on behalf of his family. Sajwani, who is 26, has established his own real estate development company, AHS Properties, which focuses on ultra-luxury properties. This acquisition follows his company's recent purchase of Dubai's Shangri-La hotel for $300 million. SOURCE1

The Holme was previously owned by the family of former Saudi defense minister Prince Khaled bin Sultan al-Saud. He acquired the property for £34 million in 1991 and later attempted to sell it for £250 million in 2023, but it has now changed hands for a significantly reduced price. The current owner had purchased it for £139 million less than two years prior. SOURCE1

This transaction ranks among the most expensive residential property sales in London. The highest price on record for a London home remains £205 million, paid in 2020 for a property on Rutland Gate. SOURCE1
