A sprawling harbor-side mansion in Sydney's Point Piper, owned by car importer and yachtsman Neville Crichton and his wife Nadi, has been listed for sale with an asking price of between $85 million and $90 million.

The three-story residence is situated directly above Lady Martins Beach, providing direct access and expansive views of Sydney Harbour. The property spans approximately 1,000 square meters of living space and features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms.

Amenities include a cinema, a gym, a bar, and an entertaining area on the lower level. The property also boasts a swimming pool, landscaped grounds, and a custom-built boatshed designed to accommodate a nine-meter rigid inflatable boat and a Sealegs amphibious vessel. While the home offers numerous luxuries, it notably lacks a tennis court.

Car importer and veteran yachtsman Neville Crichton, 81, and his wife Nadi, 47, (both pictured) have listed their sprawling harbourside residence in Sydney's ritzy Point Piper for between $85million and $90million.

Designed by high-end interior architect Blainey North, the property underwent extensive renovations. Crichton originally purchased the estate in 2017 for approximately $39 million to $45 million. The sale follows Crichton's recent acquisition of a penthouse in Double Bay for an estimated $50 million.

Crichton, 81, made his fortune in the automotive industry as the founder and executive chairman of Ateco Group. The New Zealand-born businessman also has a background as a racing driver and a champion ocean yachtsman, having twice won line honours in the Sydney to Hobart race with his yachts named Alfa Romeo.
