Travelers can now purchase the Samsonite Freeform 2-Piece Luggage Set for $199 on Amazon, a markdown from its typical price of $479. This represents a 58% discount. The deal is particularly notable for the amethyst purple set, though other colors like white and sky blue are also on sale.
The set includes a carry-on suitcase compliant with domestic size restrictions and a larger spinner suitcase. Reviewers have highlighted the set's design, TSA-approved lock, scratch-resistant polypropylene hardshell, and the Samsonite brand's reputation for durability. The Freeform collection is noted for its lighter weight compared to other Samsonite models while maintaining durability and maneuverability, aided by multidirectional spinner wheels.
In a previous assessment, a similar Samsonite set was tested and found to withstand rough handling, including exposure to mud and impacts, while its interior remained in pristine condition. This offer provides a significant saving on a travel set originally priced close to $500.
