Rosa Mexicano is set to open its 10th location and fourth in New York City this September, bringing its signature Mexican cuisine to Times Square.

The new restaurant, located at 120 W. 45th St. at Broadway, marks the brand's return to the bustling Manhattan neighborhood 42 years after its initial opening by Lincoln Center in 1984. The eatery will occupy a 2,800-square-foot space with 107 seats.

According to Rosa Mexicano's CEO Rich Zoob, the expansion into Times Square is a "natural next chapter" for the company. The menu will feature classic dishes such as tableside guacamole, tacos, enchiladas, and fajitas, alongside a selection of tequila, mezcal, and agave-forward cocktails, including their well-known frozen pomegranate margarita.

A new addition to the Rosa Mexicano brand will be "The Pink Door by Rosa Mexicano," a taqueria concept housed within the main restaurant. This dedicated space will offer 57 seats for dining and to-go options, including frozen margaritas and other beverages.

The design of the Times Square location will incorporate the brand's signature aesthetic, including the iconic "divers wall." This two-story, iridescent blue tile wall, designed by David Rockwell, is inspired by the cliff divers of Acapulco and measures over 6 feet tall and 18 feet wide.
