Pete Wicks Faces Business Woes Amidst Ibiza Romance

Reality television personality Pete Wicks is reportedly facing the dissolution of his company, Unkempt Limited, while simultaneously appearing in high spirits with rumored girlfriend Olivia Attwood in Ibiza. The images of Wicks and Attwood, captured on a beach bar, show them in an affectionate display, with Wicks holding Attwood's designer handbag.

Unkempt Limited, established in 2021, has been marked for compulsory strike-off. While an initial notice in June 2025 was suspended due to an objection, Companies House documents indicate the company, which reportedly never conducted business, was ultimately dissolved this month. This follows the liquidation of another of Wicks's businesses, PW Promotions, which is currently under investigation by liquidators.

According to Companies House, PW Promotions Ltd is undergoing liquidation, with liquidators seeking more time to review accounting information. Initial reports indicated a debt of £100,681, but the total amount demanded by creditors, including HMRC for corporation tax and VAT, alongside trade and expense creditors, stands at £121,368. Liquidators have confirmed there are no assets in PW Promotions Ltd and no recoveries have been made.

Previously, Wicks was a director of clothing firm Happy Brands, which posted significant accumulated losses of £796,258 in November 2022. Wicks and another director resigned on the same day the losses were reported, and the company later went into liquidation, owing £795,463 before being dissolved.

Other past business ventures under Wicks's name, including Hermano Clothing and Pirate Pete’s Tattoo, were also reportedly set up and closed without conducting business.

Wicks currently has one active company, Staying Relevant Productions Limited, which he co-owns with Sam Thompson and has been operational since 2024.

Meanwhile, Attwood is in Ibiza filming the third season of her ITV show, 'Bad Boyfriends.' The couple, who were previously reported to be just friends, are said to have begun their romance in late February. Attwood recently ended her relationship with footballer Bradley Dack, a situation that also involved media scrutiny regarding the validity of their publicized marriage ceremony for her show 'Olivia Marries Her Match.'
