Model Martha Hunt Lists Tribeca Home for $3.75 Million
The two-bedroom residence is located on a private-feeling cobblestone alleyway in Manhattan.
Model Martha Hunt has listed her Tribeca condominium for $3.75 million. The residence is situated on a cobblestone alleyway, which the listing broker described as feeling "like having your own private street."
The two-bedroom, three-bath home is located at 5 Franklin Place, between Franklin and White streets. Hunt purchased the condo in 2017 for $3.45 million, two years after the building was constructed. She is now seeking a larger home for herself, photographer Jason McDonald, and their daughter Emery.
The 1,700-square-foot loft-like space features three exposures and was designed by AD100 designer Giancarlo Valle. The unit was featured in Architectural Digest in 2021. Hunt was reportedly drawn to the apartment by its natural light.
The interior includes an open chef's kitchen that connects the living and dining areas, with custom sage-hued limewashed walls in the bedroom. The primary bedroom suite features custom built-ins, a walk-in closet, and a separate sitting area. The en-suite bathroom is spa-like with marble finishes.
Design elements within the home include 5-inch plank oak hardwood floors and 9.5-foot ceilings. Furnishings mentioned in the Architectural Digest feature include a vintage sofa by Mario Bellini for B&B Italia and a custom bronze and ceramic dining table and banquette.
The building, constructed in 2015 and designed by Eran Chen's ODA Architects, offers residents a shared rooftop pool. The interiors of the building were designed by Andres Escobar.
