Luxury Cabin Resort CABÜ to Open New £24 Million Cotswolds Location

A new luxury resort, CABÜ in the Cotswolds, is slated to open in 2027, offering 50 Scandinavian-inspired timber cabins and comprehensive wellness amenities. The £24 million development in Langley, Oxfordshire, is positioned as a competitor to established luxury destinations like Soho Farmhouse, aiming to capture a share of the upscale countryside retreat market.

The resort will feature a blend of modern design and eco-conscious construction, transforming a former engineering site into a space for relaxation and country escapes. Guests can expect an indoor swimming pool, spa facilities, hot tubs, and saunas, alongside dedicated social spaces. CABÜ's existing retreats in Kent and Ireland have garnered positive reviews, with visitors praising the stylish accommodation, tranquil settings, and family-friendly atmosphere.

One guest described a stay at CABÜ by the Lakes as "one of the best breaks we've ever had," highlighting activities like paddleboarding and cycling, and expressing a desire to return. Another reviewer noted the "stunning" cabin design, its cozy ambiance, and thoughtful amenities such as a bath in the bedroom and a warm stove, ideal for colder months. Reviews for the seaside location also commend its "absolute gem" status, unique offerings, heated pool, and communal vibe.

While official pricing for the Cotswolds site has not yet been released, rates at the Kent location for a two-night minimum stay have ranged from £425 to £895. The new resort is situated approximately a 30-minute drive from Soho Farmhouse, placing it within a popular area known for its rolling hills, picturesque villages, and independent shops and pubs. CABÜ in the Cotswolds aims to provide a luxurious countryside experience, drawing on the success and guest feedback from its current properties.
