Lululemon's 'Big-Ass Bag' Goes Viral Online, Draws Hilarious Reviews

Lululemon has introduced a new oversized tote, dubbed the Big-Ass Bag 80L, which has quickly captured attention online. The bag, available in two colors, has become a viral sensation, largely due to the humorous and exaggerated reviews left by customers.

This new offering stands in contrast to Lululemon's widely popular Everywhere Belt Bags. The Big-Ass Bag is constructed from recycled, water-repellent polyester and features multiple zippered compartments. It also comes with a separate mini tote for the larger carryall and ships for free.

Customer reactions shared online highlight the bag's significant size. One reviewer wrote, "Fit my whole house," while another commented, "On the days I am running late, I can put all my kids and my son’s football gear in here and run out the door!" Other comments playfully exaggerated its capacity, with one user stating, "Way too small, from now on, I’ll only purchase bags that are larger than 81L." Another shopper quipped, "Very small bag barely holds anything," and a different user jeered, "I can only fit two of my five kids in this bag."

A TikTok user, Ashley Marie Frye, shared her intent to purchase the bag, noting, "I feel like I could fit inside of it." Her video garnered over 30,000 likes, with comments mirroring the online sentiment. Remarks included, "This will be the bag that kidnaps me. I’m 4’11”" and "Me when the airlines say ‘One personal item.’"

While celebrities such as Camila Cabello, Kate Middleton, Reese Witherspoon, and Nicole Kidman are known devotees of the Lululemon brand, it remains to be seen which famous faces will embrace the Big-Ass Bag trend.
