Kylie Jenner Slashes Price of Holmby Hills Mansion by $9.5 Million
The reality star is selling the opulent estate for $38.5 million as she prepares to move into a newly constructed compound.
Kylie Jenner has reduced the asking price of her Holmby Hills estate by $9.5 million, now listing the property for $38.5 million. The mansion was initially listed for $48 million late last year.
Jenner is reportedly selling the property as she prepares to move into a custom-built estate in Hidden Hills. She purchased the Holmby Hills home in 2020 for $36.5 million, a price reduced from its original $45 million asking price. The property is being marketed as an "ultimate sanctuary for the elite privacy seeker and wellness enthusiast."
The 15,320-square-foot residence features seven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms, spread across the main house, two guest apartments, and a guardhouse. It offers parking for over two dozen vehicles and is situated behind 12-foot security gates.
Inside, the single-story home includes formal living and dining rooms, two kitchens, and an expansive primary suite with dual bathrooms, dressing rooms, a sitting area, kitchenette, glam room, and outdoor lounge. The property is designed for both entertaining and private living, featuring a tiered movie theater, games room, bar, detached gym, custom sport court, and a professional pickleball court.
Outside, a resort-style courtyard features a uniquely shaped swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen, bar, dining area, and cabana.
Jenner is also attempting to sell another of her properties, a Hidden Hills residence. She recently reduced its price by over $2 million, from $20.25 million to just under $18 million. This eight-bedroom home was her primary residence before she began constructing a larger estate nearby.
The new Hidden Hills compound, built on a five-acre parcel purchased for $15 million in 2020, is approximately 18,000 square feet. It is expected to include a 12-car garage, guesthouse, security office, resort-style pool, and sports court. Jenner has shared updates on the construction, noting the use of natural stone and earthy finishes.
Jenner, who shares two children with ex Travis Scott, is expected to move into the new Hidden Hills estate with them. The location keeps her close to family members Kris Jenner and Khloé Kardashian, who own neighboring properties. Jenner also owns other properties, including a Beverly Hills mansion and a retreat in California's Coachella Valley.
With two multimillion-dollar homes currently on the market, Jenner appears to be consolidating her real estate holdings before settling into her newly completed Hidden Hills residence.
