Johnson & Johnson has entered into a strategic agreement with Sail Biomedicines, a biotechnology company. Under the terms of the agreement, Johnson & Johnson will make initial payments totaling $785 million to Sail Biomedicines. Additionally, the agreement grants Johnson & Johnson the exclusive option to acquire Sail Biomedicines outright for a sum of $2.58 billion.
