Hundreds Queue for Opening of New Lego Store in Norwich
Enthusiasts lined up hours before the Chantry Place store officially opened its doors.

Hundreds of eager customers formed a queue for the grand opening of a new Lego store in Norwich on Thursday morning. The store, located at Chantry Place shopping centre on St Stephen's Street, welcomed its first visitors at 09:00 GMT.
The first person in line arrived as early as 04:00 GMT, braving the pre-dawn hours to be among the first to experience the new retail location. One fan, identified as 23-year-old Al, joined the queue at 05:00 GMT and expressed excitement about the store's arrival.
"We've wanted one here for so long," Al told BBC Radio Norfolk. "It's going to pull people from such a large area. I can't believe we haven't had it sooner."
Prior to the Norwich store's opening, residents of Norfolk seeking official Lego products had to travel to Stratford in east London, a considerable distance for many.
The new store's opening is expected to draw customers from a wide geographic region, serving a previously underserved market.
