Frasers Group Acquires Harvey Nichols
Mike Ashley's retail empire adds the luxury department store to its portfolio.

The luxury department store Harvey Nichols has been acquired by Frasers Group, the retail conglomerate owned by Mike Ashley, who also owns Sports Direct.
This acquisition includes Harvey Nichols' six stores, its flagship location in Knightsbridge, and its international franchise operations. The company's online business will also be incorporated into Frasers Group. Stores are expected to continue operating under their current licensing agreements.
Harvey Nichols, established in 1831, had appointed an administrator in June, preceding the acquisition.
